Training opportunities
Integration training: Every new employee joins NEWTECONS, Always welcome as a family member. Through the integration program, you will be introduced to culture, policies, regimes, acquainted with departments and construction sites to integrate quickly and maximize the capacity in the organization.

Vocational training:  For the supervisory team, engineers, we have a training path from basic to advanced with topics related to the construction industry, M&E … to ensure that our engineers at NEWTECONS always ready for new missions and develop more and more.
